Want to Sell Your Spec Screenplay? It just got easier!

Most screenwriters start out by writing a “spec” script or screenplay, meaning written without being paid for it or speculating that they will sell it.

If you’re one of these screenwriters, you may also wonder what the chances are for you to sell something in Hollywood if you’ve never sold anything before.

The exciting thing is that according to The Wrap, an online newspaper for Hollywood, the number of spec scripts sold to Hollywood in 2011 doubled this year from 2010!
